Set of 6 Beaconsfield 1930’s Elm & Beech Slatback Church Chapel Chairs with Rack (SOLD)

A pleasing medium dark patina with a hint of green – this was popular in the 1930’s.  With a book rack that is angled out at the back and back supporting slats that bow in the front, it is a well proportioned chair.  Were all used in a recent theatre production on the life of Oscar Wilde by Studio Voltaire.  From St Michael and All Angels, Beaconsfield.
