Antique Presidential Methodist Throne from Burford Methodist Church West Oxfordshire (SOLD)

Presented in 1906 to Reverend Albert Clayton when he was elected president of the Wesleyan Methodist Conference at Nottingham. Made in the Carolean style there is lots of carved detail and the chair adds grandeur to whatever room it is in. Upholstery on back on arms and back is good. Seat is a bit saggy but still usable.
