From St Catharine’s Gloucester. Heavy and impressive with a lovely hand carved trefoil surrounded by vines and grapes on each end. Large plinths give stability and the tall back is comprised of blind Gothic panels, surmounting a tongue and groove canted back support. There is a single large shelf on top.
