From the long closed Church of St Paul’s Leicester. This carved oak church pew bench is without doubt the best pew we have for sale at the moment. It seems strange to describe something as heavy as this as exquisite, but it is. Ends have carved leaves, flowers and vines as well as columns buttressing the front. A Panel back and tongue & groove slats extending to the floor make this pew very strong.
